The General Conference Mennonite church was a bi-national (Canada and
USA) predecessor denomination to Mennonite Church Canada and Mennonite
Church USA. The General Conference joined with the Mennonite Church and
the Conference of Mennonites in Canada to become Mennonite Church Canada.
In the USA, the General Conference joined with the Mennonite Church to
form Mennonite Church USA.
