Pre-Assembly Gathering – Putting Your Money Where Your Faith Is

This year, the annual Ministers' Conference is extending an invitation to all those interested in financial stewardship issues to come together for a one day workshop on “Putting Your Money Where Your Faith Is”.

Gary Hawton, CEO of Meritas Mutual Funds, will give a keynote presentation. John H. Neufeld, Professor Emeritus and retired President of Canadian Mennonite Bible College (now Canadian Mennonite University), will offer theological reflections. Mennonite Foundation of Canada, Mennonite Church Canada pension plan consultants Belton and Grom, and SHARE will offer workshops.

The $20 registration fee for this pre-assembly gathering includes lunch and transportation between the Assembly hotels (see Lodging section) and Eben-Ezer Mennonite Church, and then from the church to MEI for dinner and the Assembly opening worship service. Child care will be provided during the gathering at the cost of $5 per child. You are responsible for your child(ren) over lunch.
