Lodging and Meals

The dormitories at TWU have been reserved for all youth assembly participants from Tuesday to Friday. The three nights of lodging included in the registration fee are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Breakfast will be served each morning at TWU before departing to MEI for the day. Lunch and Supper will be at MEI with the exception of Thursday. Linens and towels are provided.

Every participant should bring:

• Bible and notebook
• Clothes that can get dirty
• Swimsuit and towel
• Water bottle and day pack
• Personals

Please leave cell phones at home!

Transportation

Transportation will be provided for participants during the youth assembly. Youth groups who come in buses or vans are asked to indicate whether these vehicles are available during the assembly. (Vehicle expenses incurred during the assembly can be reimbursed.) We will need all available buses and vans for the excursions on Thursday.

For those traveling by airplane, consider flying directly to Abbotsford airport. Shuttle service will be provided to and from Abbotsford airport for a fee of $15 round trip. If flying into the Vancouver airport, you must arrange your own transport to Abbotsford.

Please take note that participants arriving prior to Tuesday, July 3rd and leaving after Friday night, July 6th, are able to stay in the dorms at TWU for a fee of $42.25 per person per night. This includes lodging and breakfast. Please indicate on the registration form. If you arrive early or depart late, you must make your own transportation arrangements.
