Nurturing a Vision for Engaged Congregations

Pastors, their spouses, and others interested in equipping our congregations for God’s mission are invited to this one day event of worship and learning together.

The keynote address will be given by Dan Epp-Tiessen, Associate Professor of Bible at Canadian Mennonite University. Theme: "Nurturing a Vision for Engaged Congregations"

Three congregations will share their stories about equipping for ministry in their local setting, and there will be small group discussion time. During the congregational learning time Audrey Mierau Bechtel (a chaplain in Saskatoon, experienced pastor and spouse to a pastor) will lead a separate workshop for pastors’ spouses that will focus on the unique position of being spouse to the pastor and a member of the congregation.

The cost of the afternoon coffee break/snack and supper meal are included in the registration fees:
