or whoever will see that this gets returned by June 1 !

Don't forget

to return your DELEGATE CERTIFICATE form listing your church’s delegates to the St. Catharines 2003 annual assembly. We hope you will be able to send representation, but even if you are not, please return the form indicating this.

If you need another copy of the form, please let me know. Or simply email/fax the list of people from your congregation, along with your total membership number, and the signature of your minister or congregational chair. You are allowed one delegate for every 50 members (or part of 50), with a minimum of two delegates. One vote per person - no proxies.

If I don’t hear from you by June 1, you will likely hear from me again. Thanks for your help.
