Grant Klassen

Winnipeg, Man.—Grant Klassen has assumed the technical controls of MC Canada’s web site.

Klassen, who began work on Sept. 4, has experience as a web developer, digital photographer, and multi-media producer. He has also served on the board of Faith & Life Communications, Conference of Mennonites in Manitoba. He will work two days per week. Klassen succeeds Daniel Rempel, who is returning to university to study law.

MC Canada’s web site is increasingly becoming the source of choice for information and news about the church. The web site receives an average of 500 unique visitors (not including staff) and 7,000 page views every day. The Talk-about bulletin board is one of the most frequently accessed features of the web site. Next to the USA and Canada, visitors most frequently come from European and Scandinavian countries, with some additional hits from Asia, Australia, Latin America, and Africa.
