After 1995 it was succeeded by two publications – “CMC Minute Book”, 1996-1998 and “CMC Directory”, 1996-1998. NOTE: The minutes of the 1999 CMC annual sessions were published in “St. Louis 99 Minutes”. The Conference of Mennonites in Canada was renamed “Mennonite Church Canada” and published the proceedings of its annual sessions under the title “Mennonite Church Canada Minute Book, 2000- . Calendar of Appointments of the Mennonite Church of Ontario and Reports of the Annual Conference
Published annually in Ontario, 1837-1959. Initially, 1837-1910, the language of this publication was German and English. Until 1916, the “Calendar of Appointments” and the “Conference Reports” were published separately. In 1917 the “Calendar of Appointments”, the reports of the “Annual Conference” and the “Mennonite Board of Rural Missions of Ontario” were first published together. This format continued until 1959. With the 1959 publication (125th issue; 70th in English), the title was changed to “The Annual Report of the Mennonite Conference of Ontario” (see separate listing).

Published triennially by the General Conference Mennonite Church, Berne, Indiana and later Newton, Kansas. The title was “Verhandlung der Allgemeinen Konferenz der Mennoniten von Nord=America” or “Proceedings of the General Conference of Mennonites of North America” from 1860 to 1911. Appeared as “Referate”, “Papers”, “Minutes”, “Berichte und Referate”, “Reports and Papers”, “Verhandlungen und Berichte”, “Proceedings and Reports”, “Official Minutes and Reports”, and “Reports and Official Minutes until 1956. The format changed to an 8.5” x 11” style in 1959 and to two separate publications – one being reports and the other minutes – filed and bound together at MHC.
