Overview
The Riverton Fellowship Circle congregation is located on the west shore of Lake Winnipeg. The congregation includes people from several Native communities further north who have made Riverton their home. The congregation joined Mennonite Church Manitoba at its February 2006 annual assembly. Several Winnipeg churches are part of the Riverton Ministry Circle: Bethel Mennonite, Douglas Mennonite, Home Street Mennonite, and Sargent Avenue Mennonite. Pray for Barb Daniels, who was commissioned for ministry at the Riverton Fellowship Circle on March 1, 2009 by Mennonite Church Manitoba and the Riverton congregation. Pray for Barb as she provides leadership to the Riverton congregation, and for the church’s growth in numbers as well as vision and purpose.
