An Introduction to Refugee Sponsorship

This DVD is a discussion resource for church sponsorship of refugees. It tells the story of one family forced to flee their home to find refuge in British Columbia and of a small group of Mennonite church families who welcomed them and supported them through their initial first weeks and months in BC. It recounts the refugee family's journey from fear to escape, hope and new life in BC. This DVD is to encourage viewers to reflect on these stories and consider how they might also "add a chapter" to the ongoing story of journeying with refugees.
