Handle with Care

Welcome to the Handle With Care education series developed by The Mennonite Central Committee Ontario (MCCO). This course has been designed as a 4-week adult Sunday School, small group, or Bible study group course. The goal of the series is to encourage and inspire the Church to take greater care of God’s creation.

Contributors include Bruxy Cavey, David Martin, Sandy Young, Dave Klassen, Jane Snyder, Nina Bailey Dyck and many local leaders of the church.

This series is more than an intellectual exercise – it is a call to action. After each unit there are ideas for living our faith values. The leader of the class is asked to encourage and facilitate these actions. Sound daunting? Don’t worry! You have more than this leader’s guide to assist you – MCCO is here to help! Don’t hesitate to contact MCCO if you have any questions at any point during this series.

  • Thinking About Our Theology – This unit starts at the core of the Christian faith and looks for biblical evidence to support the caring for creation message.
