Peace DVD:

Especially for Youth

Peace is defined by one of the youth in this DVD as "When everything is the best that it can be." With the help of the study guide, youth will be encouraged to ask and answer the question: What can one person do to bring about peace in today's world? Using Jesus' Sermon on the Mount as a guideline, we hope youth will be inspired by these stories to begin doing whatever they can do as followers of Jesus to bring peace.

The DVD is designed to be used as a 6-session series. The study guide outlines activities for each session, including DVD segments, scripture passages, discussion questions, and an assignment. The assignments assume web access to www.PeaceDVD.com where youth are directed to read or watch more video segments.

Session titles include: Peace with God, Peace and Community, Peace and the Earth, Peace and Service, Peace and Nation, Bits and Peaces.
