Cheryl Woelk, Witness worker at the Korea Anabaptist Center (KAC), was invited to be part of peace camps in East Timor from July 25th to August 23rd. The peace camps are run by Frontiers, a KAC partner organization. Cheryl already held several workshops with Frontiers to aid in curriculum development and teacher training for teachers and volunteers of the peace camps. Please pray that the peace witness of the church will be strengthened through these camps in a country that has experienced considerable unrest.

Your support of MC Canada allows its Resource Centre (www.mennonitechurch.ca/resourcecentre) to offer thousands of specialized resources for loan, sale or download, and provides means for staff to help resource our congregations. Thank-you!

Please pray for the congregation and team leaders of the fellowship in Borabu as this church building project continues, and for the Houmphans as they re-engage their ministry in Thailand after their North American Ministry.
