On collecting the pieces for this Equipping the theme of peace seemed to prevail. Being a peace church it seems that many opportunities present themselves to address and teach the Mennonite peace theology at different levels. At this time of writing Jack Suderman is in Ottawa where he has been asked to present his paper on 'The Church's Witness to Peace' to the Canadian Council of Churches. As the first steps of world peace the words on an MCC poster come to mind: Let the Christians of the world agree that they will not kill each other
