Guiding Ministerial Leadership in Mennonite Church Canada

Mennonite Church Canada is committed to nurturing healthy environments within congregations, regional churches, and the nationwide church. Mennonite Church Canada upholds this policy to name the expectations of ministers, outline how individuals may bring forward matters of concern about leaders who fail to meet those expectations and the responses of Mennonite Church
Canada through its regional churches and individual congregations.  All pastoral leaders in Mennonite Church Canada must affirm this code of conduct.
