Where should I stay during Gathering 2025? Please arrange your own accommodation that best suits your needs. The type of local transportation you use (walk, public transport, taxi, car share, car rental) should be considered when deciding where to stay for overnight. Stay with family/friends, camp, share an Airbnb, or book yourself or your group into a motel/hotel. We have negotiated group prices with the following hotels (there are other hotel options in Kitchener but not with group rate):

  • Crown Plaza, Kitchener BOOK (choose dates and number of people; group code MNC already chosen)
  • Courtyard Kitchener Hotel BOOK (this will take you directly to the group rate page; deadline to book is Monday, June 2)
  • DoubleTree by Hilton Kitchener BOOK (choose dates and number of people; group code CDTMEN already chosen)

NOTE: U30 Young Adults have arranged accommodations at St. Jerome's residence. More details.

Basic accommodation: There are a limited number of single/double rooms at St. Jerome's residence for Gathering 2025 participants (where U30 participants are staying). These are basic (e.g., shared washrooms), lower-cost accommodations. Rates (inclusive of taxes): $49.83/night single room; $87.22/night double room (two bunk beds). Payment by credit card only.

As the number of rooms available is limited, please email gathering@mennonitechurch.ca to enquire about availability and how to reserve your room if available. 

 We have one month left to reach our Global Companionship goals for this year.

The goal of mission is not primarily aid (humanitarian assistance); it’s not even partnership. We engage in mission to establish friendships that lead to the formation of a new people in the world... If we are in Christ, we have become part of a new creation.
