Youth Gathering 2025

This registration is for the Youth Gathering 2025. Register for Gathering 2025 HERE or the U30 Gathering HERE.

Be sure you have read all the relevant information on event webpage before filling out the registration.

If you are registering your youth group, note that there needs to be a registration submitted for each person including sponsors.

Note: we need an email address to process registrations. If you do not have a personal email, maybe use a parent's or create one for use here.

Regional church, congregation and participation

Personal health information

This information will be kept confidential once submitted and only shared with health professionals in case of medical assistance of emergency.

• I am a youth leader/sponsor - no permission needed (for name of parent put N/A)
• I give this youth registrant permission to attend Youth Gathering 2025

Cost

Cost includes all meals, activities, transportation during event, and hoodie

Fees due

The total amount owing can be found on the "Submit & Pay" button below. This amount does not include any discounts or subsidies. The total fee will be noted in your confirmation email.

Note: If there is no fee owing you will see only a "Submit" button. Click it to register.

Please do not click the submit button more than once - doing so will result in multiple registrations.
