Prairie Perspectives on Bills C-37 and 39

This fall the federal government has proposed two significant pieces of legislation: Building Canada Strong Act (C-39) and the First Nations Clean Water Act (C-37). While the moment we are in as a collective feels urgent, there are concerns that parts of these legislative proposals sacrifice the labour movement, environmental protection and Indigenous sovereignty. As Church and Community, this webinar will be an opportunity to listen and consider ways to affirm the dignity, protection and self-determination that co-creates a just and livable world for all.
