People: God’s gift to the church

Human beings are a great gift to the church. Taking care of and managing these gifts well matters.

Mennonite Church Canada’s Human Resources takes seriously how we treat each other in our work relationships. It provides resources for denominational staff and volunteers and the wider church to manage the gifts of human creativity and productivity from a best practice, Anabaptist perspective. HR works to provide tools ranging from policies and procedures to benefit plans.
